1Your account

  • Give correct information and keep your password and sign-in codes private.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

2Your content

You own the text, photos, products and everything else you add. You let us store, show and deliver it so your website works. Only upload things you have the right to use.

3What is not allowed

Please don't use OwnCraft to:

  • break the law, including consumer, copyright and privacy laws;
  • sell illegal, fake or dangerous goods, or run scams or phishing pages;
  • publish hateful, violent, sexually explicit or harassing content;
  • spread viruses, send spam or attack our systems or anyone else's;
  • collect visitors' personal information without telling them why.

We may remove content, or suspend websites and accounts, that break these rules.

4Your customers

If your website takes messages or orders, you are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, delivery, refunds and how you use your customers' information.

5Website addresses and domains

Your free address (yourname.owncraft.net) stays with your account while it is active. If you connect your own domain, you keep it registered and renewed with your domain seller.

6Plans and payment

You can start for free. If you choose a paid plan or service, we show the price and what's included before you pay, and we tell you in advance about any price change.

7Keeping the service running

We work hard to keep OwnCraft fast and available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features, and we will tell you before removing something important you depend on.

8Closing an account

You can stop using OwnCraft and delete your websites any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. After an account closes, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9Limits of our responsibility

OwnCraft is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Please keep your own copies of important content.

10Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. If we change them we will update the date at the top and tell you about important changes.
